🚀 Full-Time School-Based Occupational Therapist Position

Position Details:


  • Start Date: Now through May 23rd, 2025
  • Location: DeKalb, IL 
  • Student Focus: Early Childhood self-contained and blended classrooms & one Middle School self-contained classroom
  • Compensation: $60,000 - $72,000 annually (based on experience)

đź“ť Your Role as a School-Based OT:


  • Create & Innovate: Design and implement engaging occupational therapy programs tailored to meet each student’s needs.
  • Assess & Plan: Conduct thorough evaluations, develop individualized intervention plans, and provide hands-on therapy that makes a real difference.
  • Team Up: Work closely with teachers, families, and staff to create a unified roadmap for student success.
  • IEP Rockstar: Develop and update Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) to ensure every student gets the support they deserve.
  • Keep it Sharp: Maintain accurate, up-to-date records that align with district policies.

🎯 What We’re Looking For:


  • Education: Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy.
  • Licensure: Active Illinois IDFPR License 
  • Passion: A heart for helping students succeed—school-based experience is a plus!
