Job Summary
:As a Senior Software Engineer, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand customer needs, explore efficient solutions, and deliver impactful features. You will test, experiment, and iterate on product improvements while seeking feedback to enhance the customer experience. You’ll need to wear multiple hats, tackle diverse problems, and take ownership of tasks ranging from web page performance optimization to database performance improvements.
Key Responsibilities
:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand customer needs and define product requirements.
- Explore and implement efficient solutions, testing and experimenting with features to validate functionality and effectiveness.
- Seek customer feedback on features, iterating to continuously improve the product.
- Solve complex problems, including optimizing web page performance, enhancing database performance, and refining application infrastructure.
- Take ownership of end-to-end delivery of features and projects, ensuring high-quality results.
- Adapt to various roles and tasks as needed, demonstrating flexibility and a proactive attitude.

Required Skills & Qualifications
:
- Experience:
- 6+ years of hands-on experience in software product development using Go (Golang) (Preferred) or Python.
- 4+ years of experience working in startup/small environments, showcasing adaptability and problem-solving skills.
- Technical Skills:
- Strong knowledge of NoSQL databases like MongoDB.
- Experience with DevOps tools, including Docker, Kubernetes, and Jenkins.
- Familiarity with test automation frameworks and practices.
- Proficiency in agile methodologies and collaborative development.
- Soft Skills:
- Self-driven, motivated individual with a strong sense of ownership.
- Ability to wear multiple hats and tackle diverse challenges across various domains.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering efficient, high-quality solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative mindset.
- Experience working with remote/off-shore teams.
Preferred Qualifications
