We’re looking for a smart, self-driven product manager to be one of our early employees. This role is wide - we are an early-stage start-up, which means it requires flexibility and provides you with the opportunity to influence and improve any part of our product. It’s a cockpit seat in our spaceship.
Some of the things you’ll be doing:

  • Meet with our users and stakeholders to learn about their current pain points and opportunities.
  • Work with stakeholders and a skilled team of cross-functional peers to define a roadmap that balances supporting clients needs, technical capabilities, and unlocking new opportunities
  • Collaborate with our engineers and designers to run product exploration and feedback
  • Craft requirements, specifications, and mockups and prepare features for development.
  • Define metrics, analyze and measure KPIs towards improvement.

Requirements


  • 4+ years of experience as a product manager working on B2B products
  • Proven track record of launching new products and features that drive business goals
  • Amazing team player
  • Deep curiosity and empathy for end-users — you love building products that make our customers feel joy, delight, and trust
  • Strong analytics skills, as well as experience doing user testing and research
  • An entrepreneurial mindset - you are comfortable rolling up your sleeves, thriving in ambiguity, and getting things done
  • Excellent written and spoken English

Gatewise helps property managers to automate and streamline access and other smart technologies throughout their communities. We created an innovative yet simple to install access control system, and we keep on adding new innovative products like AI smart cameras, License plate recogntion built for multifamily, unit locks and self guided tours. This way we dramatically cut the costs of outdated (or smart) access control technologies by relaying on cellular & wireless system, making the setup a breeze.Our customer base (±2000 communities, ±500,000 daily users) is unheard of in general but specifically given we are a small (20 employees) bootstrap company.We launched our product in Texas in 2017 and since then we are growing exponentially year over year.at the beginning of 2024, we recruited a strong in-house dev team, and since then we are building new innovative products and extensions to our successful system.

2025 going to be the year we are transitioning from a one trick Pony to a complete and innovative property technology solution. This is why we need this role SOOO MUCH, FOR THE FIRST TIME in the history of the company.
