5000 for five consecutive years. Our mission is to keep heroes safe and connected – on the battlefield, on the border, and in our backyards. We are hiring a Senior Program Manager to support a federal government customer. This position is contingent upon project funding.
Here's what you'll do:
- Accountable for all aspects of contract execution and manages the hands-on, day-to-day execution of related operational activities
- Responsible for program/project management operations and resourcing of all contract requirements, including staffing, and tasking responses
- Responsible for meeting all technical, financial, and contractual requirements
- Primary Point-of-Contact for the Government
- Authorized to act on all matters relating to the daily operation of the contract
- Responsible for achieving operational objectives by contributing information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews, preparing and completing action plans, and implementing production
- Responsible for developing and tracking budgets, project management, process improvement, and performance management.
- Perform tasks in accordance with (IAW) the Project Management Institute (PMI) guidelines and directives
- Located on-site here in INSCOM HQs, and responsible for executing programs/projects
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Technology, or a related field
- With a Master's degree: 8 years of IT project management experience, including at least 6 years of supervisory experience managing teams of 11 or more individuals.
- With a Bachelor's degree: 10 years of IT project management experience, including at least 6 years of supervisory experience managing teams of 11 or more individuals.
- 5 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Project
- Current Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
- Active TS/SCI security clearance
