Job Title: Parts ManagerLocation: Fleetwood, PA.We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Parts Manager to join our team. The Parts Manager will be responsible for overseeing the inventory, ordering, and distribution of parts for our company and techs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in parts management and a passion for customer service.Responsibilities:- Manage inventory levels and ensure adequate stock of parts- Order parts from suppliers and negotiate pricing- Maintain accurate records of all parts transactions- Oversee the distribution of parts to technicians and customers- Provide exceptional customer service to all clients- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors- Train and supervise parts department staffRequirements:- High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred- 3+ years of experience in parts management or related field- Strong organizational and time management skills- Excellent communication and customer service skills- Proficient in Microsoft Office and inventory management software- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Valid driver's license-experience in the heavy duty  trucking industry-refrigeration (Carrier) knowledge a plusIf you are a motivated and experienced Parts Manager with a passion for customer service, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
