W-Industries is an energy service company that specializes in Automation Solutions, I&E Construction Services, Power Generation and Packaged Equipment for the Energy and Industrial markets. Our expertise encompasses the full spectrum of system technologies from pneumatic - hydraulic control systems to state-of-the-art programmable solutions to chemical injection systems, and everything in-between.The ideal candidates will have a minimum of 3 years of experience installing pneumatic and hydraulic systems, emergency shutdown systems and equipment under minimal supervision.Job is located full-time in Carlsbad, New Mexico working 7 days a week on a 21/14 schedule.
Travel, lodging and perdiem are provided.Requirements
- Layout, measure, fabricate and install tubing tray.
- Layout, measure, bend, cut, thread, ream, and fit hard pipe systems level and plum.
- Install single line and group tubing and fittings.
- Able to layout and install pneumatic and hydraulic panels and end devices.
- Demolition of tubing and end devices.
- Knowledge of industry and American Petroleum Institute standards.
- Able to read relevant construction drawings, P&ID’s, and complete QAQC paperwork associated with work being performed.
- Knowledge of pneumatic and hydraulic control logic.
- Proficient in the use of tools of the trade.
- Able to recognize and avoid safety hazards and dangers.
- All above functions performed with minimal supervision.
Experience
- 3+ years of experience working offshore working with Tubing.
- Ability to read P&ID’s/safe charts.

- Proactive planning approach to mitigate downtime.

- Works with a team or independently without constant supervision to complete task.
Physical Requirements
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs. regularly.
- Work in hot/cold environments, loud areas on production facilities.
- Walk/stand for extended periods.
- Reaching, lifting, and bending, climbing stairs, etc.
Shift
- 7 days a week schedule working 21/14 (Three weeks on, two weeks off)
- Travel, perdiem and lodging will be provided
