The Gist
We are seeking a motivated and talented UiPath Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for designing and building requirements for Robotic Process Automation Designs and Bot Development Maintenance, centered around seamless integration with existing HR operations. Additional experience in Power Automate is preferred. This remote role offers an excellent opportunity for growth and learning in a collaborative environment.
What Your Day Might Include...
- Front-End Development: Implementing user interfaces using HTML, CSS, and frameworks such as PowerApps and UiPath
- Back-End Development: Developing server-side logic, defining and maintaining databases, and ensuring high performance and responsiveness using technologies like Python and JavaScript.
- RPA Bots: Designing, building, maintaining, and providing expertise on RPA bots with tools like UiPath and Power Automate to improve HR service delivery.
- Testing and Debugging: Performing unit testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure application quality and functionality.
- Collaboration: Working closely with designers, product managers, and developers to deliver high-quality products.
- Documentation: Creating and maintaining technical documentation for code and development processes.
Requirements
You'll Bring These Qualifications...
- Bachelor’s degree
- Must have U.S. Citizenship to obtain Top Secret Clearance or DHS Public Trust, clearance required for role.
- Bachelor’s degree +6 years of experience in full-stack development or related role.
- Proficiency in tools such as UiPath, Power Automate, MS Visio, MS Excel, MS Teams, Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, Miro, Mural, and AWS.
- In-depth knowledge of federal and industry hiring practices.
- Expertise in both front-end and back-end development.
- Hands-on experience with RPA tools like UiPath.
- Strong problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Demonstrated eagerness to learn new technologies and enhance existing skills.
