Spatial Front Inc. is looking for the Angular UI Developers who will be contributing to the Operations and Maintenance of mission critical work in an agile environment.

All candidates must be willing to wait 6-8 weeks to complete fingerprinting, background check, and receive the government laptop prior an official start date.


Primary Responsibilities:


  • Communicate regularly with stakeholders, project managers, quality assurance teams, and other developers regarding progress on long-term technology roadmap.
  • Create and maintain workflows with teams to provide visibility and to ensure workload balance for consistent visual designs.
  • Develop and oversee testing schedules in client server environment, addressing various browsers and devices to ensure that content is displayed as intended.
  • Produce quality code, raising the bar for team performance and speed.
  • Recommend systems solutions by comparing advantages and disadvantages of custom development and purchased alternatives.
  • Develop and maintain responsive web applications using Angular (latest versions).
  • Collaborate with backend developers to integrate APIs and ensure seamless data flow between Node.js services and the frontend.
  • Optimize application performance and improve user experience through efficient UI/UX design.
  • Work with AWS services to deploy and manage front-end applications in the cloud.
  • Implement best practices for front-end development, including modular architecture, reusable components, and state management.
  • Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve UI-related issues.
  • Participate in code reviews, agile development cycles, and sprint planning.
  • Familiarity with coding languages and technologies, e.g., NodeJS, TypeScript and JS.
  • Experience programming with serverless compute technologies, e.g., AWS Lambda, AWS API Gateway, Cloud Formation, S3, SNS, SQS.
  • Proficient in Elastic Search.
  • Experience with CI/CD products is a plus Understanding of Agile and Scrum fundamentals.
  • A strong desire to understand complex systems and how to troubleshoot and make them highly available.
  • A collaborative spirit and you enjoy working with a team to build things in an Agile fashion.
  • A desire to continually improve and you value giving and receiving constant and constructive feedback.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field.
  • Requires 5+ years of experience in a similar role or functions including software development on complex applications to large scale production environments.
  • Previous federal government project experience a huge plus.
  • Ability to interact at all levels of management internally, and with customers and suppliers.
  • Superior communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Excellent follow-through.
  • Takes initiative and doesn’t need constant instruction.
  • Must be able to multi-task and manage time amongst clients.
  • Flexibility and ability to bounce between projects quickly.

Additional Information


  • In order to meet the clearance requirements for this opportunity, candidates must be authorized to work in the US.
  • Ability to pass a US Public Trust background investigation for access to the client site and computing systems. You must have lived in the US for the past three (3) years.
  • All candidates will be subject to a complete background check to include, but not limited to Criminal History, Education Verification, Professional Certification Verification, Verification of Previous Employment and Credit History.

Other Information


  • The salary range for this position is $80,000 - $120,000 annually based on experience.
  •  Please note, this role offers a flexible work arrangement, primarily remote with the understanding that occasional on-site presence may be required to support client needs.
