Position Summary

CNC Manual Inspector


for our

Cinnaminson, NJ


 location.

 The
CNC Manual Inspector plays a critical role in ensuring the quality and precision of manufactured parts by performing inspections using various tools and techniques. *This position works a schedule of Monday thru Friday from 7:30am - 4:30pm. The pay range for this position is between $20.00 - $25.00/hr. depending on experience*


Essential Duties and Responsibilities


  • Conduct dimensional and visual inspections of machined parts, subassemblies, and assemblies using precision measurement tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers, gauges, etc.).
  • Read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications.
  • Accurately record inspection findings and prepare detailed reports.
  • Ensure parts meet all customer and industry standards.
  • Work closely with machine operators, engineers, and quality personnel to resolve quality issues and recommend improvements.
  • Maintain and calibrate inspection tools and equipment as needed.
  • Assist with internal and external quality audits.
  • Identify and propose enhancements to inspection processes and procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy.

Experience, Qualifications, and Skills


  • High School diploma or equivalent is required.
  • 2+ years of prior experience working as a Manual inspector in a CNC or manufacturing environment.
  • Proficiency in using precision measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, height gauges, etc.).
  • Ability to interpret complex engineering drawings.
  • Experience with inspection reporting and documentation.
  • Knowledge of quality standards such as ISO 9001, AS9100, or similar.
  • Basic computer skills, including with Microsoft Office and quality software.
