Position Summary

CNC Manual Inspector
for our
Cinnaminson, NJ
location.
The
CNC Manual Inspector plays a critical role in ensuring the quality and precision of manufactured parts by performing inspections using various tools and techniques. *This position works a schedule of Monday thru Friday from 7:30am - 4:30pm. The pay range for this position is between $20.00 - $25.00/hr. depending on experience*
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Conduct dimensional and visual inspections of machined parts, subassemblies, and assemblies using precision measurement tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers, gauges, etc.).
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications.
- Accurately record inspection findings and prepare detailed reports.
- Ensure parts meet all customer and industry standards.
- Work closely with machine operators, engineers, and quality personnel to resolve quality issues and recommend improvements.
- Maintain and calibrate inspection tools and equipment as needed.
- Assist with internal and external quality audits.
- Identify and propose enhancements to inspection processes and procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy.
Experience, Qualifications, and Skills
- High School diploma or equivalent is required.
- 2+ years of prior experience working as a Manual inspector in a CNC or manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in using precision measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, height gauges, etc.).
- Ability to interpret complex engineering drawings.
- Experience with inspection reporting and documentation.
- Knowledge of quality standards such as ISO 9001, AS9100, or similar.
- Basic computer skills, including with Microsoft Office and quality software.
