About the Role
The EDI Developer will play a crucial role in building and managing EDI integrations for our disruptive startup in the transportation sector.
Responsibilities
- Develop EDI integrations by creating guides, mappings to internal APIs, and conducting end-to-end testing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration processes.
- Engage with customers through emails, kick-offs, and troubleshooting calls.
- Oversee program management activities to ensure smooth communication and resolution of issues.
- Address and resolve issues related to existing integrations promptly.
- Tackle any problems that arise, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
Qualifications
- 4+ years experience working with EDI's
- Proficiency in any EDI middleware software with a preference for transportation related EDI (204, 210, 211, 214, 990, 997)
- Experience with Dell Boomi or similar middleware software
- API experience; specifically using Javasript preferred.
- Extremely organized with the ability to track multiple issues going on at any given point in time
- Experience building EDI documentation
- Customer service orientation: ability to solve tough technical problems with several external parties
- Startup experience a plus!

Compensation Range
