The Digital Business team works to develop the most promising digital solutions for global products and processes, organize IDIADA information, and provide useful, fast, and reliable ways to exploit it for IDIADA Group and our clients. What are we looking for?
We are seeking a talented Prompt Engineer - GenAI Use Case Developer to join our Digital Solutions - DataLab team. You will play a crucial role in developing and implementing innovative GenAI use-cases for our automotive engineering projects.To succeed in this job, you will need to:
- Design, develop, and optimize process & prompts for various GenAI applications.
- Identify and develop use cases for GenAI technology within the automotive industry.
- Collaborate with different stakeholders, ML/AI engineers and domain experts to understand requirements and create effective AI solutions based on IDIADA's platforms.
- Analyze and interpret results from GenAI models to improve performance and user experience.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in GenAI and prompt engineering techniques.

Qualifications
Profile:
- Demonstrated experience working with large language models (LLMs) & prompt engineering.
- 2+ years of experience in AI/ML projects, with a focus on natural language processing (NLP) and generative AI.
- Strong knowledge of GenAI fundamentals, techniques, and best practices.
- Expertise in NLP techniques and libraries such as NLTK, language frameworks like LangChain and LlamaIndex and agent frameworks such as LangGraph, AutoGen and CrewAI.
- Experience in developing and implementing GenAI use cases in a business context.
- Familiarity with text analysis, data chunking, embedding and information retrieval systems.
- Knowledge of or experience with AWS framework.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively about AI-based efficient and accurate solutions.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to understand requirements, propose solutions and explain complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computational Linguistics, or a related field.
- Master's degree in AI, Machine Learning, or Data Science is a plus.
Languages:
- Fluent in Spanish and English.
