We Are Hiring For a 

Seasonal Position - Experience with FareHarbor is required:


  • mid-March - April  2025: Fridays 4-6 p.m., Saturdays 2-6 p.m. and Sundays 2-6 p.m.
  • April - October 2025: Fridays 3:30 - 7:30 p.m., Saturdays 11:30 a.m. - 7:30 p.m. and Sundays 11:30 a.m. - 7:30 p.m.
  • All times are PACIFIC and times are subject to change
  • The starting hourly rate for these positions is $16-19/hr, depending on living wage.

Booking & Activities Customer Support Team Members assist our client by answering questions and booking guests on boating excursions!


  • We provide efficient, effective, and empathetic customer service through phone and email channels
  • Keep an on social media channels for customer support and feedback, actioning when necessary
  • Our team may also be involved in setting up schedules and tours in the back office and booking systems
  • This is a fast-paced environment! 
  • Candidates must be detail-oriented, able to juggle many responsibilities with various timelines, and skilled at working quickly in multiple Chrome tabs at once.
  • Most inquiries will be via phone and chat, so strong speaking and writing skills are a MUST.  There will also be occasional voicemails to respond to.
  • Confidence in making decisions and working through customer tickets autonomously is crucial.
  • You will be working directly with our client and providing back-office support (from your home), so smart win-win communications skills and computer expertise are also important.
  • Be ready to take on additional support and operational tasks and responsibilities in various systems.

Qualifications and Requirements:


  • Keen problem-solving skills, and the ability to think on your feet
  • Experience with FareHarbor is a must
  • Familiarity with Zendesk, Aircall, or Talkdesk, and Slack is a plus
  • Strong active listening skills
  • Ability to use and model positive language to help customers and clients know that they are being heard and that their problems will be solved
  • Stamina in problem-solving, and the ability to maintain a positive attitude even on a tough day
  • Computer skills, including familiarity using multiple browsers, tabs, window navigations, and instant messaging tools. Experience with CRM systems and AI is a bonus
  • Fluency in oral and written English; second language is a plus
  • Dedicated and dependable work ethic
  • Quiet, distraction-free workspace in your home that includes a door that closes
  • Direct connection from computer to router/modem via Ethernet cable (no satellite or wireless Internet (WiFi))
  • Strong and consistent Internet bandwidth: 50 Mbps download speed and 5 Mbps upload or faster from a reliable provider
