Salesforce Administrator/Project Manager

General Responsibilities: 


  • Manage scope, schedule, project plan, tasks, resources and business partner satisfaction
  • Manage customer expectations and build a mutually beneficial relationship with business partners
  • Manage scope creep effectively without creating conflict between sponsors and project teams
  • Adept in all aspect of change order management and milestone management
  • Facilitate workshops and requirements sessions to gain an understanding of our business partners’ current state processes and technology specifically related to their mortgage lending programs.
  • Analyze, design, and develop best practice business changes using cloud technology solutions, specifically Salesforce.com
  • Daily administration and support of Angel Oak Mortgage Solutions Salesforce Org.
  • Create and maintain fields, views, reports, dashboards
  • Administer 3rd party applications (integrated with Salesforce)
  • User support, training
  • Manage user setup, profiles, roles, customization of objects, fields, record types, page layouts, validation, workflow rules, data validation and triggers

Maintain System, Security and Integrity


  • Map hierarchies and territories in response to personnel changes
  • Reassign accounts, contacts, leads and opportunities in response to personnel changes
  • Maintain security including sharing rules and security levels
  • Maintain user roles, profiles and hierarchies
  • Monitor application storage usage and archive data as needed
  • Research changes in upcoming versions of salesforce.com and other integrated applications; provide recommendations when necessary to enhance efficiency and productivity

Data Quality, Migration


  • Monitor and improve data quality
  • Maintain proper ownership of existing accounts, contacts, leads and opportunities in accordance with org guidelines
  • Ensure data integrity by merging/removing duplicate leads, contacts, and accounts; performing mass uploads and updates of data as required
  • Creating and maintaining documentation on processes, policies, application configuration

Report and Dashboard Creation


  • Create and maintain dashboards
  • Create and maintain reports (all types) including folder maintenance

Requirements:                


  • U.S.-based; Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employee at this time.
  • Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of four years of direct, hands-on Salesforce administration experience
  • Strong expertise and knowledge of implementation, administration and configuration of enterprise systems like Salesforce.com
  • Proficiency in Salesforce administrative skills such as creating users, profiles, roles, custom objects, custom fields, page layouts, Flows, validation rules, reports, dashboards and process builder
  • Experience with programming languages such as VisualForce, Apex, SQL, JavaScript, HTML, Java,
  • Understanding of relational databases
  • Excellent communication, organizational and analytical skills
  • Ability to interact with senior members of management, including C-level executives
  • Detail oriented and self-starter with strong written and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team, on multiple projects
  • Strong salesforce reporting background using standard reporting tools, all report types
  • Experience with custom objects
  • Previous re-engineering managed apps experience
  • Experience with AppExchange and integrations with third party solutions
  • Experience with Apex data loader/mapping
  • Computer literate and proficient in standard office applications MSWord, Excel and Outlook

Preferred Qualifications:


  • Experience working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud/Pardot
  • Salesforce Administrator certification ADM201C, ADM211
  • Salesforce admin experience with a Mortgage Company/Lender
  • Experience working with Encompass (Loan Origination Software)
  • Experience with Pardot
  • Experience with CRM Analytics
  • Experience with Agent Force
