Job Summary


Job Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Corporate Asset Management Analyst/Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing various aspects of asset management, including portfolio leasing analytics, budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting. This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and preferably, proficiency in Yardi platforms.

Key Responsibilities


  • Portfolio Leasing Analytics and Quarterly Review: Conduct detailed analysis of portfolio leasing activities and perform quarterly reviews to provide insights and recommendations.
  • Annual Budgets: Audit annual budgets, ensuring accuracy and alignment with financial goals. Provide insights to trends YOY and across markets.
  • Quarterly Forecast: Prepare and update quarterly forecasts to reflect current market conditions and business performance.
  • Payments Monitoring and Support (AR): Monitor accounts receivable and provide necessary detail to the finance team.
  • Valuations (Internal and External): Conduct internal and external valuations to assess asset performance and market value.
  • Hold/Sell Analysis: Perform hold/sell analysis to determine the best course of action for asset disposition.
  • Quarterly Performance Reports: Prepare and present quarterly performance reports to senior management.
  • Financing Analysis: Analyze financing options and assist in the procurement of funding.
  • Lender Reporting and Communication: Maintain regular communication with lenders and provide required reports.
  • AM Corporate Rep to Teams: Act as the corporate representative for asset management to various teams within the organization.
  • Quarterly Variances: Analyze and report on quarterly variances to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Analysis Across Yardi Platforms: Utilize Yardi platforms including Forecast Manager, Voyager, Deal Manager, and Construction Manager for comprehensive analysis and reporting.

Required Qualifications


  • Undergraduate degree in Finance/Business or STEM field
  • 1-5 years of professional work experience required – Real Estate/Private Equity experience preferred
  • Exceptionally high level of Excel skills with a focus on financial modeling is required
  • Exceptional data visualization via PowerPoint is required
  • Strong quantitative, critical thinking, and analytical problem-solving skills required
  • High learning agility with an ability to manage multiple priorities while working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Demonstrates attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
  • Self-starter who independently drives projects to completion by self-sourcing information and leveraging all available resources
  • Knowledge of finance concepts including an understanding of financial statements
  • Personal and professional integrity of the highest order required
  • A strong orientation towards outcomes, and a willingness to roll up your sleeves and get the job done. This is not a standard “9-5” role, and a successful candidate will be expected to be available outside of normal working hours.
