Pendo is seeking a seasoned Senior Recruiter to lead our recruitment efforts for EMEA and APAC. You will play a pivotal role in sourcing and hiring top talent, emphasizing sales hiring. This is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing software company and significantly impact our global expansion.

Responsibilities:


  • Talent Acquisition:
  • Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to identify and attract top talent in EMEA and APAC.
  • Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and priorities.
  • Screen and assess candidates to ensure they meet the required qualifications and cultural fit.Conduct in-depth interviews to evaluate candidates' technical skills, problem-solving abilities, and cultural alignment.
  • Negotiate and extend offers to successful candidates.
  • Employer Branding:
  • Contribute to the development and execution of employer branding initiatives to enhance the company's reputation as an employer of choice in EMEA and APAC.
  • Collaborate with marketing and HR teams to create compelling employer branding materials.
  • Actively participate in industry events and conferences to network with potential candidates.
  • Process Improvement:
  • Continuously evaluate and improve the recruitment process to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Identify and implement innovative recruiting tools and technologies.
  • Track and analyze key metrics to measure recruitment performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Team Collaboration:
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners, hiring managers, and US-based stakeholders to ensure a globally consistent hiring process.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to our hiring managers, teammates and 

Requirements:


  • Proven experience as a Senior Recruiter with a strong track record of success in hiring technical and non-technical roles in EMEA and APAC.
  • In-depth knowledge of recruitment methodologies and sourcing techniques.
  • Strong understanding of the tech industry and emerging trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills. 1 
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
