Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Executive adept at the full spectrum of the sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a passion for cultivating new relationships while nurturing and expanding business opportunities within established key accounts. This role requires strong expertise in managing and closing opportunities throughout the end-to-end sales process.Key Responsibilities:
- Lead generation, proposal development, and successfully closing deals.
- Drive revenue and exceed sales quotas by effective account/pursuit planning and execution.
- Cultivate, manage, and expand relationships with key client stakeholders at various hierarchical levels, focusing on IT and engineering solutions.
- Independently handle medium to large RFPs, supporting all aspects of the response process, from inquiry research to crafting comprehensive responses.
- Acquire new client accounts in the USA, securing contracts for permanent staffing requirements and fulfilling positions.
- Arrange meetings between key client decision-makers and company principals or practice leaders.
- Stay updated with technological advancements and understand their business implications.
- Oversee the entire spectrum of Business Development and Account Management functions.
- Foster enduring relationships with direct clients and system integrators, providing consulting resources and aiding in their growth plans.
- Leverage existing relationships with Tier-1 Partners/End Clients, showcasing a consistent track record of successful placements.
- Focus on generating repeat business from existing customers by understanding their evolving needs and offering suitable solutions.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure accurate estimations and adherence to deadlines.
Required Skills:
- Proven track record in international business development and end-to-end sales, including lead generation, proposal development, and deal closure.
- Experience in working with international market (preferably North America).
- Experience in working with IT/Software industry.
- Exceptional negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build strong relationships.
- Proficiency in using market analysis tools.
- Strategic thinking and the ability to think creatively to identify new opportunities.
Educational Requirements:
- MBA or bachelor's degree with minimum 3 years of experience in business development or international sales.
