Position Overview: The Digital Marketing Manager will be the driving force behind LoadUp’s digital growth initiatives across multiple channels, including SEO, Social Media, Content Marketing, and Paid Advertising. This role is ideal for a dynamic leader who is both strategic and hands-on, capable of leading a team while diving into execution when necessary. You will directly contribute to LoadUp’s growth by building and executing innovative marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility, drive customer engagement, and increase conversions.
Key Responsibilities:
Digital Marketing Strategy and Leadership
- Develop and execute an integrated digital marketing strategy encompassing SEO, Social Media, Content Marketing, and Paid Advertising.
- Manage and mentor a growing team, including an SEO Specialist, a Social Media Specialist, and other contributors.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, leveraging new tools and tactics to maintain competitive advantages.
SEO Strategy and Execution
- Lead all aspects of SEO, including technical SEO, on-page optimization, and content strategy.
- Conduct regular audits and partner with web developers to resolve technical issues (e.g., site speed, Core Web Vitals).
- Monitor and report on SEO performance using tools like Google Search Console, SEMrush, and Ahrefs.
Content Marketing and Copywriting
- Oversee the creation and optimization of content, including blogs, landing pages, and other digital assets.
- Develop content guidelines to ensure consistency in tone, style, and SEO best practices.
- Collaborate with writers and designers to produce engaging, conversion-focused content that resonates with target audiences.
Social Media Strategy
- Lead organic social media efforts, including strategy development, content planning, and analytics.
- Guide the social media team in creating campaigns that increase brand awareness and foster community engagement.
- Monitor social media trends and platform updates to refine strategies and maximize performance.
Paid Advertising Management
- Partner with internal teams or external agencies to oversee paid campaigns across platforms (e.g., Google, Meta).
- Develop and optimize campaigns to align with growth objectives and ROI targets.
- Monitor ad performance and adjust strategies based on data-driven insights.
Data Analysis and Reporting
- Define KPIs for digital marketing efforts and hold the team accountable for achieving them.
- Provide regular reports to senior leadership, offering insights and actionable recommendations.
- Foster a culture of continuous testing and optimization based on performance metrics and analytics.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in digital marketing with proven expertise in SEO, content marketing, social media, and paid advertising.
- Strong technical SEO knowledge, including site architecture and structured data optimization.
- Familiarity with WordPress, HTML, CSS, and digital design tools.
- Advanced analytical skills with experience using platforms like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Ahrefs.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with a track record of mentoring and inspiring teams.
