Order Management Associate

The
Order Management Associate is responsible for maintaining customer relationships with prompt, professional service by accurately responding to customers’ inquiries, processing orders, sample requests, and providing sales support.  

What you will do: 


  • Answer telephones and assist customers by answering inquiries or directing to appropriate department 
  • Assist customers with placement of orders 
  • Support Sales Team through accurate and timely entry of sample requests 
  • Respond to routine customer requests via email, phone or mail 
  • Ensure information is easily and effectively distributed across multiple departments in a timely manner 
  • Other administrative duties as assigned 
  • Follow established company SOP and ISO 9001 Guidelines 

What you will need: 


  • 1+ years administrative, customer service, or equivalent experience

  • Ability to multi-task and work both independently and as part of a team 
  • Ability to produce consistently high-quality results under tight deadlines 
  • Strong attention to detail and organization 
  • Resourceful, proactive self-start with the ability to think ahead 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
  • Ability to work well with colleagues at all levels 
  • MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) 
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred

DNA and RNA extraction is the first step for so many downstream analyses, and efficient and clean nucleic isolation is crucial. These three different methods are available in a wide range of different kits and configurations for a total of over 900 products. Omega Bio-tek’s headquarters are located in Norcross, Georgia, about 25 miles outside of downtown Atlanta. We own and operate a 38,000 ft2 facility. We offer products for manual and automated processing and we support our customers by having Hamilton Microlab® STAR™, Beckman Coulter Biomek® FX, and Thermo KingFisher® instruments in-house.
