Target Marketing Group, a Helm company, is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Fulfillment Coordinator to oversee and manage our order fulfillment processes. This role requires excellent organizational skills, the ability to communicate effectively, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of order management and fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Order Fulfillment Process:
  • Input and manage orders accurately.
  • Administer SKU set-up and stock reviews.
  • Conduct program reviews and track orders.
  • Process transactions promptly and accurately.
  • Customer Returns:
  • Facilitate the return process for online orders.
  • Communicate with customers about product availability, shortages, and changes.
  • Vendor Communication:
  • Report damages or product defects to vendors and coordinate resolutions.
  • Customer Support:
  • Interact with customers via phone or email to address inquiries about web orders.
  • Handle customer complaints regarding order issues, mis-shipments, or turnaround times.
  • Branding and Personalization:
  • Review and understand artwork, logos, colors, and branding standards.
  • Manage co-branding and personalization for web orders as needed.
  • Team Collaboration:
  • Contribute to team efforts by assisting colleagues and achieving shared goals.

Requirements

Required Skills & Abilities:


  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in managing order systems and inventory.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
  • Familiarity with branding standards and artwork reviews is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Salary Description$40,000
