Target Marketing Group, a Helm company, is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Fulfillment Coordinator to oversee and manage our order fulfillment processes. This role requires excellent organizational skills, the ability to communicate effectively, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of order management and fulfillment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Order Fulfillment Process:
- Input and manage orders accurately.
- Administer SKU set-up and stock reviews.
- Conduct program reviews and track orders.
- Process transactions promptly and accurately.
- Customer Returns:
- Facilitate the return process for online orders.
- Communicate with customers about product availability, shortages, and changes.
- Vendor Communication:
- Report damages or product defects to vendors and coordinate resolutions.
- Customer Support:
- Interact with customers via phone or email to address inquiries about web orders.
- Handle customer complaints regarding order issues, mis-shipments, or turnaround times.
- Branding and Personalization:
- Review and understand artwork, logos, colors, and branding standards.
- Manage co-branding and personalization for web orders as needed.
- Team Collaboration:
- Contribute to team efforts by assisting colleagues and achieving shared goals.
Requirements
Required Skills & Abilities:
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in managing order systems and inventory.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
- Familiarity with branding standards and artwork reviews is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Salary Description$40,000
