Role Overview
As a Product Designer at Actabl, you will take ownership of impactful design initiatives. Collaborating across teams, you will design user-centric solutions that align with Actabl’s strategic objectives, leveraging your expertise to elevate the design bar and contribute to the growth of our unified platform.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Design: Lead complex design projects from concept to delivery, ensuring high-quality, user-centered outcomes.
- Collaborative Strategy: Partner with product managers and engineers to align design solutions with product and business goals.
Requirements
- Research & Insights: Plan, conduct, and analyze user research to inform design decisions.
- Design System Contributions: Utilize and enhance Bellhop, Actabl's design system, ensuring product scalability and consistency.
- Visual & Interaction Design: Deliver refined, modern UI solutions that simplify complex problems while adhering to Actabl’s branding.
- Mentorship & Leadership: Mentor junior designers, share feedback, and foster a culture of collaboration and growth.
- Process Improvement: Advocate for better workflows, identify priorities, and focus on high-impact work to deliver results efficiently.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Organize and facilitate workshops and meetings to align teams around actionable outcomes.
You as a Product Designer
Profile:
You are humble and have experience with product design, with a focus on delivering value to users and customers. You should be capable of handling design projects from start to finish and working well with different teams to make sure your designs match our product and company goals.
- Solid Portfolio
- Ability to work independently and as part of a broad team
- You are not a “by the books” Product Designer
- Proficiency in conducting user interviews, surveys, and usability testing.
- Experience using and improving Design System
- Expertise in Figma and familiarity with tools like Dovetail and analytics platforms.
- +6 years of experience with Product Design (preferably SaaS)
- Good English communication to articulate design decisions and collaboration
- Ability to manage priorities while balancing quality and efficiency.
- Based in Brazil
- Fluency in English is mandatory
