We hope you'll consider joining our team for the Summer!As a Strategy Intern, the ideal candidate will work in collaboration with a multi-disciplinary team including copywriters, designers, researchers, and other specialists as required. We are seeking to hire a Strategy Intern to be a proactive contributor on our strategy team and help us build a bridge between our clients and their dreams through innovative and effective strategy.
To be successful in this role, you should naturally be drawn to solving complicated problems in a collaborative environment that also allows for independence and freedom to initiate. You will be responsible for researching, developing, and writing strategies and tactics under the guidance of our Strategy practice.Establishing trustworthy relationships and navigating complex situations with ease will be essential in meeting expectations. Responsibilities
- Serve as a key contributor on client deliverables
- Create innovative solutions to client problems
- Research, develop, and write strategies, and analyze pricing, operations, and team culture
- Collaborate with the team when necessary, but also work independently to ensure deadlines are met
- Interact with key executives and other stakeholders throughout the company
- Build strong relationships with all team members and anticipate ways to provide support

Requirements
- Currently working toward B.S./B.A. degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field
- Strong analytical and critical thinker
- Excellent writing skills
- Great interpersonal skills and friendly spirit
- Collaborative team player with a positive attitude

Location:
Prolific, Downtown Indianapolis – 135 N Pennsylvania St. 25th Floor
Duration: 10 weeks: June 2nd – August 7thHybrid Schedule: Interns are expected to report to the office every Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday, 9am-3pm for the duration of the internship. Work outside the office is also expected to complete projects on time.
