IT Systems Analyst (Permanent)
Full TimePhiladelphia, PA, Philadelphia, PA, USLocation: Philadelphia, PASummary:The Information Technology Systems Analyst will use their strong problem-solving and communication skills to administer systems, troubleshoot, strengthen security, and execute IT initiatives. The systems analyst will serve as an escalation point for a variety of IT situations, as well as innovating, executing and documenting solutions in a professional manner.Essential Duties and Responsibilities: (included but are not limited to):• Administer on-premises and cloud-based systems• Establish service procedures and standards• Recognize and escalate security issues• Adhere to company policies and help users to do the same• Handle IT escalations as needed• Communicate with project managers and HR for user accommodationsQualifications:• Strong verbal and written communication skills. • Bachelor Degree in Information Technology and/or 5+ years of corporate IT experience• Experience with administration of several the following systems AlienVault Amazon AWS Genesys PureCloud, NICE CXOne, or other phone system administration Google G-Suite Microsoft Entra Admin Sophos or other endpoint protection service Windows Server Workspace One or other endpoint management service• Willingness to work flexible hours. • Ability to work independently, as part of a team, with customers, peers, and management. • Ability to deal with stress associated with fast-paced work environment.Nice to Have:• CompTIA A+ certificationPoint of Contact: All resumes and questions regarding this job posting should be submitted to the InspiriTec Human Resources Manager.Job Application:Application packets must include the following.
