Now is an exciting time to join as we grow rapidly around the world!We're looking for a Warehouse Specialist to join the Supply Chain team to ensure the efficient and effective flow of goods, information and resources from our suppliers to our internal customers.
Your main responsibilities are:
- Oversee and manage inventory levels, ensuring inventory accuracy, including conduct regular inventory audits and maintain records of inventory transactions
- Process, pick, pack, and ship orders
- Oversee the inbound and outbound process
- Perform quality checks on incoming products to ensure they meet required standards
- Operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts, pallet jacks, in a safe and efficient manner
- Organize and maintain the warehouse layout for optimal space utilization and efficiency. Implement improvements to storage methods
- Ensure compliance with all safety procedures and regulations within the warehouse environment
- Maintain accurate records of all warehouse transactions using internal systems (Jira, NetSuite, Cargoson). Ensure data integrity in all warehouse-related activities
- Coordinate with other team members to ensure smooth operation of warehouse activities

What we hope you’ll bring to the table:
- More than 2 years of Warehouse Operations experience
- Experience with ERP systems
- Good Excel skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English
