Responsibilities


  • Serve as the first point of contact for Tatari employees, candidates, and any stakeholders
  • Oversee all-thing office management, including but not limited to, office move, facility organization, ordering snacks or lunches, planning and executing team building events--no task is too big or small.
  • Support the HR team in developing ongoing employee engagement programs and lead company events: happy hours, annual get-together, etc. 
  • Be proactive in anticipating, identifying, and executing improvements in our day-to-day workflow.
  • Stay on top of all the technology and workarounds in our office’s ecosystem; know how to troubleshoot office gear and provide fast and accurate support. 
  • Drive our onboarding processes, including coordinating with Senior Managers and facilitating new hire setup and orientation. 
  • Work alongside with SVP, Ops on intranet projects, including monthly newsletters and speciality articles.

Qualifications


  • Bachelor degree from a 4-year college/university
  • 1+ year of relevant work experience at a fast-growing startup environment, particularly with regards to office management and event planning.
  • Ability to be in the office regularly--this is not a remote position.
  • Experience with vendor management when it comes to office operations
  • Strong detail orientation with awareness and anticipation
  • Ability to multitask; juggle competing priorities with a strong sense of urgency (a.k.a. a swiss army knife)
  • Desire to solve problems with effective and efficient solutions …”GSD” attitude!
  • You have strong technical and troubleshooting skills, prior experience utilizing G Suite, Slack and Office 365
