About the Role


At Booster, we are seeking an experienced, results-driven Enterprise Account Executive to join our dynamic sales team. This role requires a strategic and consultative approach to selling, as well as the ability to manage relationships with large enterprise-level clients across various industries. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of exceeding sales targets, developing new business, and fostering long-term partnerships with C-suite executives and other key stakeholders.

What You’ll do


  • New Business Acquisition: Identify and pursue new enterprise-level clients through cold outreach, networking, industry events, and referrals. Develop tailored sales strategies to win new accounts.
  • Relationship Building: Cultivate long-term relationships with C-level executives and key stakeholders within enterprise organizations to understand their business needs, challenges, and goals.
  • Sales Process Management: Lead the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to contract negotiation and closing, ensuring a smooth handover to the post-sales team for implementation.
  • Solution Selling: Leverage in-depth product knowledge and consultative selling techniques to present tailored solutions that meet the client’s business objectives, budget, and timelines.
  • Revenue Growth: Drive and exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas. Upsell and cross-sell additional products and services where appropriate.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute account plans for each enterprise client, identifying key decision-makers, understanding business pain points, and positioning the company's solutions as the best-fit solution.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Sales Engineering, Customer Success, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure alignment and deliver a seamless customer experience.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to position the company as a thought leader in the market.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, pipeline, forecasts, and account details using Hubspot

Qualifications:


  • Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of sales experience in a B2B environment, with at least 3 years in selling enterprise-level solutions
  • Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in managing complex sales cycles and consistently exceeding sales targets (quota or revenue).
  • Strategic Thinking: Strong ability to develop and execute account strategies, navigating multi-stakeholder environments, and solving high-level business problems.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and communication skills with the ability to articulate complex solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • CRM Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and strong organizational skills to manage a robust pipeline.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with [industry-specific knowledge], such as [insert industry like finance, healthcare, technology, etc.], and ability to understand the unique challenges and opportunities of large organizations in those industries.
  • Bachelor’s Degree: A degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred but not required).

Salary: $100,000 base, $30,000 bonus plus Booster Equity
