Salary Range: $110,000 - $130,000
**Starting pay varies based on location and experience, in compliance with specific state wage regulations. Competitive rates tailored to your geography and expertise. Position Overview:The Product Marketing Manager will be the leading expert for our revenue cycle management (RCM) services within the ambulatory segment. In this role, you will drive strategic marketing initiatives that support business goals and increase our market presence. Key Responsibilities: 

  • Lead strategic direction and campaign planning for the ambulatory segment.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive quarterly marketing plans that align with business objectives.
  • Create thought leadership content such as articles, webinars, and presentations to elevate our brand and expertise in the market.
  • Develop sales enablement materials and training programs to enhance the effectiveness of the sales team.
  • Analyze market trends, buyer behaviors, and competitive dynamics to inform marketing strategies.
  • Manage segment-specific performance metrics and provide regular updates and reports on marketing effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with various teams across the organization to ensure alignment and execution of marketing strategies.

Qualifications: 

  • 3+ years of experience in product marketing, ideally within B2B, SaaS, or healthcare sectors.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of the healthcare industry, especially physician practices. Experience with revenue cycle management is preferred.
  • Proven ability to create compelling messaging and marketing content.
  • Strong project management skills with a focus on organization and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate effectively within a lean marketing structure.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in competitive research and market analysis.
  • Leadership qualities with high emotional intelligence and the ability to manage large projects and teams.
