About Our Search
Our Denver office is looking for a strong Landscape Designer to join the Denver Market Sector. Our next team member will have excellent communication, design, graphic and visualization skills. This individual will manage, organize and coordinate with the design and technical project teams throughout the design process to successfully execute architectural projects.
About Our Market Sector
Our award-winning Landscape Architecture team works with a diverse clientele across the United States on a rich variety of project types including parks, recreational facilities, educational campuses, housing /mixed-use neighborhoods, senior living communities and healthcare environments.
About the Position
- Assist in generating design solutions and design development.
- Create site analysis diagrams and graphics.
- Prepare site plan and 3D renderings and assist in developing design presentations.
- Produce construction documents.
- Assist with construction administration/observation.
- Collaborate with project consultants and clients to facilitate the design process.
About You
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture.
- 5-10 years of experience in Landscape Architectural design
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, Lumion, or other 3D presentation software and hand graphics
- Rhino, LandFX, Enscape3d, Revit
- Experience with park and educational campus design is a plus

Colorado Statement
The projected base salary for this full-time position is $75,000 - $88,000 Hord Coplan Macht’s salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location, as well as the individual’s education, experience, and skillsets. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of HCM’s total compensation package for employees.
