Job Overview
:This individual will work closely with the Director of Claims Analytics and Loss Mitigation to help ensure quality adjudication. One key function will be supporting the Claims Audit function, which is responsible for reviewing claims for accurate decisions. Outcomes from the Claim Audit have high visibility with Executive Leadership and are instrumental in achieving the company’s financial objectives.
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform T&W claim audits to ensure quality adjudication.
- Identify areas where Safe-Guard can improve adjudication practices.
- Provide feedback to claims adjustors and supervisors.
- Monitor performance of loss mitigation initiatives.
- Assist Director of Claims Analytics and Loss Mitigation in investigating suspicious dealership behavior.

Job Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service, insurance claims, call/claims center environment.
- Must have strong computer skills and the ability to troubleshoot and service policy issues.
- Must be proficient in Windows and MS-Office Products (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Experience in insurance claims, risk management, or auditing preferred.
- Experience within Automotive Industry preferred
- College degree
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Superior verbal/written skills and communications skills.
- High attention to detail, good punctuation, spelling, mathematical, grammar, analyze complex-detailed reports
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S or Canada.
- Must be able to successfully pass a background check.
