Summary:
Responsible for maximizing customer satisfaction for Residential Community by maintaining contact with residents/customers.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assures community compliance with Fair Housing requirements and all applicable laws, codes and ordinances. Follows all company protocol for move-ins and move-outs. Helps to streamline policies and procedures. Follows up regularly with residents on customer service requests, move-ins, moveouts and inquires. Regularly schedules and coordinates resident events. Takes leasing calls and conducts leasing tours when necessary. Audit and organizes files, obtains missing documents, facilitates coordination of completion of work orders when necessary. Maintains Company customer service standards and responds clearly and in a timely manner to residents’ needs and complaints.
Follows through to ensure resolution. Confirm new residents have activated service with appropriate utility companies. Maintains current property management database as tenant submits notice to transfer. Provides thorough building orientation to new move-ins. Maintains and coordinates move-in calendar with maintenance team to ensure that all move-in units are scheduled for make ready. Maintains storage, bike storage, pet and parking logs. Assists with special projects. Performs other related duties and assignments as required.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience in residential apartment management and knowledge of applicable laws and regulations. Ability to multi-task and adapt to changing priorities. Knowledge of property management software Must interact effectively with all levels of employees and external contacts. Ability to function effectively in a collaborative team-oriented environment. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Must work well under pressure, exercise good judgment when making decisions and handle stressful situations in a mature, professional manner. Proactive and deadline oriented. Customer service experience preferred.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor’s Degree and two (2) years of related training or experience, or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience. Computer skills including: internet, e-mail, (MS Outlook) MS Excel, and MS Word.
