The Impact You’ll Have:
- Interview Coordination: Manage interview scheduling, logistics, and candidate communications to ensure a seamless experience.
- Candidate Experience: Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, delivering a positive and professional hiring journey.
- Onboarding Support: Assist with pre-hire documentation, background checks, and first-day readiness.
- Recruiting Operations: Maintain job postings, update the applicant tracking system (Greenhouse), and track key recruiting metrics.
- Process Improvements: Identify and implement improvements to enhance recruiting efficiency and the overall candidate experience.
- Employee Engagement & Culture: Contribute to programs that promote employee engagement and people operations events.
- Early Talent and Leadership Development: Assist in managing the company’s internship program, ensuring a valuable experience for both interns and hiring teams.
What We’re Looking For:
You’re a proactive, detail-oriented professional who enjoys managing multiple priorities and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You bring strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and a problem-solving mindset to everything you do.
- 3+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, talent operations, or a similar role (biotech experience is a plus).
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and think critically to solve problems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across all levels of the organization.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage candidate and process details accurately.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse experience preferred).

The expected annual salary range for employees located in the San Francisco Bay Area is $94,000 to $114,000. Additionally, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus.Maze performs position-based compensation benchmarking to industry market data to ensure we pay competitive wages. Determination of starting salary will depend upon a variety of job-related factors, which may include professional experience, skills, and job location.
