We're looking for a Treasury & Cash Management Specialist to join us and expand our Team. Responsibilities and Duties
- Cash & Liquidity Management
- Prepare Cash Liquidity Reports for investors.
- Manage Weekly Cash Reconciliation Files and Monthly Consolidated Cash Reconciliations.
- Ensure proper cash transaction uploads in NetSuite for multiple entities
- Payments & Banking Operations
- Handle Tipalti bank payments marking, bank wires, intercompany transfers, and Tipalti fundings.
- Support AP cleanup and reconciliation.
- Cross-Functional Coordination
- Work closely to cross-check and ensure all cash entries are recorded accurately in NetSuite.
Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Cash Management, Treasury, or Financial Operations.
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP and NetSuite is required.
- Experience with Tipalti and handling multi-entity cash management is a plus.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reconciliation skills.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Prior experience in the PST shift is preferred.
