Support TSA's IT systems and mission-critical systems through operations support, technology innovation, management services, system maintenance, and the development and implementation of new software solutions

What You'll Be Doing:


We are seeking a Scrum Master to facilitate and ensure the effective implementation of Agile practices, fostering a collaborative and productive environment for a federal client’s operations. As a crucial member of our team, the Scrum Master will play a pivotal role in guiding teams through Agile methodologies, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions.Specific Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate Agile Ceremonies: Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to ensure effective team collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • Work with Cross-Functional Teams: Facilitate collaboration and communication between development, operations, and business teams to ensure alignment on project goals and seamless integration of deliverables.
  • Remove Impediments: Identify and resolve obstacles that may hinder the team’s progress, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.
  • Coach and Mentor: Provide guidance and support to team members on Agile best practices, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with product owners, development teams, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
  • Monitor Progress: Track and report on team performance metrics, ensuring transparency and accountability.
  • Promote Agile Principles: Advocate for Agile values and principles within the organization, driving adoption and adherence to Agile methodologies.
  • Continuous Improvement: Encourage and facilitate process improvements to enhance team efficiency and product quality.

Requirements:

  • Active Secret clearance is required.
  • Due to agency and contract requirements, candidates must be U.S. citizens with no dual citizenship.
  • This contract supports systems that require 24x7x365 uptime. Candidates must be willing and able to meet recall requirements, including participation in a rotational on-call schedule.
  • 12+ years of experience or related experience supporting IT programs as a Scrum Master is desired.

• Telework: Candidates must reside within a commutable distance and be available to work onsite at the customer’s discretion. This includes being on-site during the transition period.   • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.• Most recent experience should demonstrate primary responsibilities supporting IT programs as a Scrum Master.
