Sales Manager and CEO. This is a strategic position that is for those that are master's of their craft and can lead the revenue team into uncharted territories of larger Mid-Market and help us break into Enterprise deals. We are looking for driven and talented sales professional to join our company and take on this mission. You will coordinate cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, and Operations and report updates to the executive team. You are comfortable with going outside your comfort zone, working with C-suite and love charting new waters.
Primary Duties
- Working daily in HubSpot CRM, Sale Navigator, Outreach and being able to run Zoom calls
- Providing support for clients by learning about and satisfying their needs.
- Prospecting and booking demos with new prospects in the upper mid-market and enterprise segment
- Giving feedback to the executive team and working with internal stakeholders to help us compile a list of documents, and product security needs to secure and close-win enterprise deals
- Following up with prospects several times throughout the sales cycle to ensure needs are being met.
- Presenting and demonstrating the value of Warmly to prospective buyers.
- Compiling and analyzing data to find trends.
- Developing sales strategies and best practices.
- Staying current on company offerings and industry trends.
- Maintaining and updating HubSpot/ Outreach.
- Building long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with external contacts and internal departments to create a better customer experience.
- Handling prospect concerns and negotiations.
- Hitting individual goals while being a solid team player. We are huge on a team mentality here at Warmly.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equilavent in sales experience
- 4+ years of new new logo sales closing experience with SaaS.
- Proven track record of closing Mid-Market deals with an Average Contract Value over $150,000
- Knowledge of company offerings and industry trends.
- The drive and energy to manage multiple accounts while looking for new opportunities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to understand client needs and handle the negotiation process.
- Strong time management and prospecting skills
- Experience with HubSpot or Salesforce and Outreach (or similar platforms).
