High-Level Project Summary/Intro: 


The Human Resources Line of Business (HR LOB) program is an exciting opportunity to assist our government customer transform how they deliver HR services. The solution is built on the Oracle PeopleSoft platform and continues to expand its footprint with new modules and new federal agencies.The Talent Experience Platform (TXP) is a program built with ServiceNow HRSD and IBM AI optimizers that provides an experience layer that augments and enhances HR Smart and other HR systems, while also deploying case management and knowledge management features to provide a more personalized experience for employees and managers.

What You'll Be Doing: 


·        Architect and design ServiceNow HRSD solutions for clients and customers ·        Lead technical teams in the implementation and operations of HRSD solutions ·        Engage with executive stakeholders to establish strategic roadmaps and provide thought leadership·        Develop business cases and contribute to business development opportunities 

Required Education, Experience, and Skills:


  • Architect and design ServiceNow HRSD solutions – 5+ years
  • Lead implementations of ServiceNow HRSD solutions – 5+ years
  • Engage with client stakeholders and customers to determine solution requirements and improvements – 8+ years
  • Engage with client executives to generate roadmaps and recommendations – 5+ years
  • Create roadmaps for technical offering growth and innovation – 5+ years
  • Understand and design integrations and interfaces with other systems – 8+ years
  • Understand and design data models – 8+ years
  • Excellent customer relationship management skills including effective oral and written communications – 8+ years
  • Bachelor’s degree

Preferred Education, Experience, and Skills:


  • ServiceNow HRSD Certification
  • Understanding of other ServiceNow products
  • Understanding of other HR technologies (PeopleSoft HCM, Cornerstone On Demand, etc.)
  • Understanding of Agile development methodology and willingness to knowledge transfer
  • Experience with Federal agencies, their requirements, and their workflows
  • Master’s degree

REMOTE POSITIONS AND POSITIONS LISTED FOR MD, NJ, IL, and CO:

Our estimated salary range for this position is $130,000 - $190,000, this presented salary range is not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Offered salary is based on experience, geographic location, and possibly contractual requirements as appropriate to the role. *Salary could fall outside of this range.
