Why We Need You


As our Senior Paid Media Manager, you’ll lead the charge in building, scaling, and optimizing paid media strategies that deliver qualified leads and drive sign-ups for our SaaS platform. This role goes beyond running ads—it’s about shaping how small businesses discover and adopt Olly Olly. You’ll have full ownership of campaign strategy, execution, and analysis, ensuring every dollar spent delivers exceptional ROI and helps small businesses thrive.🚀

The Impact You’ll Have


  • Develop Campaign Strategies: Plan and execute paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and YouTube, aligning with SaaS growth goals.
  • Own the Creative Vision: Collaborate closely with designers and copywriters to conceptualize and develop ad creative that grabs attention, resonates with audiences, and converts.
  • Drive Conversions: Optimize ad copy, visuals, and landing pages to maximize conversion rates (CRO) and return on ad spend (ROAS).
  • Audience Segmentation: Leverage advanced audience-building techniques like custom audiences, lookalikes, and segmentation tailored to SaaS buyers.
  • Manage Budgets: Allocate ad spend efficiently to scale campaigns while controlling acquisition costs.
  • Run Continuous Tests: Conduct robust A/B tests to refine messaging, visuals, and targeting, ensuring optimal performance.
  • Analyze & Report: Turn performance metrics into actionable insights and present recommendations to improve strategies.

  • SaaS Expertise: 6+ years managing and scaling paid media campaigns for SaaS brands, with a proven track record of reducing CPA and driving qualified leads.
  • Creative Strategist: A visionary who can balance data-driven decisions with creative storytelling to develop compelling, high-performing ad concepts.
  • Performance Metrics Mastery: In-depth understanding of key metrics like CTR, CPC, and ROAS, with the ability to act on insights to improve outcomes.
  • CRO Focus: Experience optimizing landing pages and ad creatives to drive higher conversion rates.
  • Audience Specialist: Skilled in creating and refining custom and lookalike audiences that convert.
  • Testing Enthusiast: Passionate about A/B testing and continuous improvement to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Trend Awareness: Up-to-date with paid media trends, particularly in Meta, YouTube, and CTV advertising.
  • Nice to Have: Experience growing organic audiences on TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.
