We’re seeking a highly analytical, results-driven Senior Demand Generation Specialist with a proven track record of success in multi-channel awareness and demand generation. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, you’ll spearhead Optery’s marketing strategy across customer acquisition, SEO, partnerships, and communications. Ideal candidates bring expertise in the cybersecurity or privacy space and are skilled at research, content creation, and campaign optimization.
What Success Looks Like:
In 3 Months
- Launch initial multi-channel lead generation campaigns, prioritizing SEO, PPC, and email marketing for early top-of-funnel wins.
- Establish and maintain a campaign performance reporting structure in HubSpot.
- Develop promotional content for emails, social posts, landing pages, ads, and sales messaging that clearly communicates Optery’s value proposition.
- Collaborate with sales, product, and design teams to align campaign goals and support revenue growth.
- Provide the Sales Development team with messaging, competitive insights, and enablement tools to build pipeline momentum.
In 6 Months
- Execute segmented email nurture campaigns in HubSpot to advance leads through the sales funnel.
- Strengthen collaboration with Sales Development to ensure marketing-qualified leads effectively convert to sales pipeline.
- Continuously optimize campaigns through A/B testing, channel budget adjustments, and data-driven insights, showing improvements in lead quality and ROI.
- Foster alignment with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive messaging across all go-to-market campaigns.
In 12 Months
- Build a scalable, high-performing multi-channel lead generation engine that consistently produces high-quality leads, driving revenue growth.
- Leverage advanced analytics to inform strategic decisions, demonstrating demand generation’s impact on the company’s growth.
- Equip Sales Development with the latest messaging, resources, and training to boost lead conversion rates.
- Own the demand generation strategy, driving customer acquisition and market growth, positioning Optery as a leader in cybersecurity and personal data removal.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Campaign Development: Design and execute multi-channel campaigns across PPC, SEO, email, social media, and content syndication to attract top-of-funnel leads.
- Content Creation and Thought Leadership: Promote thought leadership materials, including white papers, blogs, webinars, podcasts, and case studies, to drive demand.
- Sales Development Enablement: Equip the sales team with messaging, market intelligence, and support to drive pipeline growth.
- AI and Analytics: Utilize AI tools to enhance research, streamline content creation, and optimize campaign effectiveness. Track campaign success through detailed reporting in HubSpot and Salesforce.
- Collaboration: Partner closely with sales, product, and customer success teams to ensure consistent messaging and successful go-to-market execution.
- Project Management: Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors across design, digital, and Salesforce operations.
What You’ll Bring:
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience: 3-5 years in demand generation, field marketing, or channel marketing, ideally within a B2B SaaS, cybersecurity, or privacy-focused startup.
- Multi-Channel Campaigns: Proven success launching and managing campaigns across multiple channels, including web, events, ABM, and search.
- Traffic Management: Skilled at managing and optimizing traffic across paid, earned, social, and organic channels.
- Sales Development Support: Experience driving results for high-performing sales development teams.
- Data-Driven: Strong analytical skills with experience in HubSpot and Google Analytics; a proven ability to track and act on performance data.
- Project Management: Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and meet tight deadlines.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional writing skills for crafting clear, concise messaging on privacy and cybersecurity topics.
- Ownership and Accountability: A proactive, detail-oriented professional with a commitment to driving impactful results.
Location
While Optery is a fully-remote global team, this is a U.S.-based position and you will be required to work regular U.S. business hours, i.e. in the U.S. Eastern, Central, Mountain, and/or Pacific time zones.
