We are seeking an experienced AI Transformation Consultant to assist in pre-sales consulting and deliver advisory services, including the creation of customized AI transformation plans and AI workflow redesigns.Mission:Partner with our sales and customer success teams to develop proposals and deliver engagements that help organizations increase AI adoption and find value from their AI investments. This includes:
- Creating and executing organizational readiness assessments
- Designing practical AI adoption roadmaps that address both technical and human factors
- Developing compelling ROI models, business cases, and implementation timelines
- Auditing current workflows to identify AI use cases
- Running pilots and full-scale deployments of proposed solutions
Key Projects:
Pre-Sales Support (25% of role)
- Join sales calls with prospects to assess AI-readiness and recommend relevant solutions
- Develop detailed implementation proposals including timelines, resource requirements, and success metrics
- Present solutions to client stakeholders at various levels
Advisory Services Delivery (75% of role)
- Conduct discovery interviews with clients to understand current AI readiness and identify opportunities to increase AI adoption
- Facilitate and analyze AI readiness surveys to identify insights for clients on what would increase AI adoption
- Create AI customized AI transformation plans that increase AI adoption
- Deliver workflow redesign projects including identifying high-impact customized AI use cases for clients
- Establish success metrics and build business cases (expected AI uplift vs. cost/resources)
- Facilitate pilots and roll outs of proposed initiatives
Requirements
- Experience: 5+ years in organizational consulting, digital transformation or enterprise software deployments, ideally with exposure to large scale change management programs.
- Technical Knowledge: Practical understanding of LLMs, AI capabilities, and challenges related to AI deployment in large organizations.
- Change Management: Familiarity with change management principles and the ability to help clients prepare for organizational adjustments associated with AI adoption.
- Sales Support: Proven experience in pre-sales roles, crafting proposals, and influencing executive decision-makers.
- Communication: Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with an ability to translate complex AI concepts for diverse audiences.
