As part of our growth, we are looking for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in customer support and operational efficiency.This is a remote position paid $22/ hour at 80 hours per month. We’re looking for someone to work starting in February 2025 or sooner.This is a contractor role and you will be classified as an independent contractor.
What you’ll do:
- Serve as a back-end logistics expert for platforms such as FreshDesk, Retool, Stripe, Iterable, and Google Suite
- Efficiently manage a high volume of tickets through FreshDesk, ensuring customer needs are met, operations run smoothly, and support is provided to members, enterprise teams, and future clients
- Assist in the operations of consumer products (workshops, MBAs, course bundles)
- Facilitate and host live events over Zoom
- Ability to work 80 hours each month
Who you are:
- 1+ years in customer support and/ or operations
- Highly detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage tight timelines and complex processes
- Quick learner capable of applying new information at a rapid pace
- Proactive problem-solver with a customer-centric mindset
- Strong public speaking skills, with the ability to engage audiences effectively over Zoom
- Proficient in learning new platforms
- BONUS: Familiarity with the platforms listed above
- BONUS: Familiarity and frequent use of AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.) in your work
