Our Client


Our client is an Enterprise SaaS FinTech company that enables banks to deploy embedded financial products and services, creating seamless banking connections for their corporate clients. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Enterprise Account Executive to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in expanding their customer base through new bank acquisitions. Your primary focus will be targeting and closing new bank opportunities in alignment with corporate objectives and ensuring maximum value from solutions and services.

The most successful candidates in this role are self-starters with grit and hustle who excel at creating opportunities in new markets and those who have a proven track record of closing $500,000 contracts

Your responsibilities include:


  • New Bank Prospecting and Acquisition: Develop and execute a comprehensive prospecting and outreach strategy to acquire new bank clients, focusing on signing contracts with target institutions.
  • Opportunity Management: Fully own and manage the pipeline for new bank opportunities, ensuring progression and successful deal closures.
  • Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Work proactively across internal teams to ensure alignment and support for client engagements.
  • Strategic Planning: Understand banks’ goals and challenges to create effective sales strategies.
  • Product & Industry Knowledge: Stay informed about our client’s products, services, and industry trends to effectively communicate value to prospects.
  • Entrepreneurial Mindset: Continuously identify areas for improvement and opportunities for growth across the enterprise.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
  • Proven track record in closing large complex deals in the range of $350,000 - $500,000
  • Strong understanding of financial products and services, particularly technology-driven solutions
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute account plans
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools
