Griffin Brothers Human Capital is seeking an AP Clerk to join our team. The AP Clerk will be responsible for the identification and collection of payments, data entry, and have a basic understanding of debits and credits.

Requirements
What Will I Be Doing?
- Reconciliation of invoices.
- Cash disbursements.
- Communicate with vendors regarding invoice payments and statuses.
- Assist in month end reporting and year end closing report.
- Ensure all invoices are paid correctly and in a timely manner.
- Communicating with Leaders and General Managers regarding status of invoices and issues noted by client and vendor.
- Monitor AP balances regularly.
- Complete and submit Credit Applications.
- W-9 Verification and collection from vendors.
- COI requests for Subcontract Labor.
- Vendor Set Up.
- Credit card coding and reconciliation.
- All other duties as assigned.
Do I Have What It Takes?
- Experience with Concur Invoice and Concur Expense.
- Experience with Sage Intacct preferred.
- Ability to follow instructions.
- Excellent verbal and communication skills.
- Detail Oriented.
- Well organized.
- Prior accounting experience will be beneficial.
Preferred Education:
- Associate’s degree or Diploma in Accounting.
