At ScentAir, our technology teams play a strong role in helping achieve business goals. We are constantly seeking the next generation of experts to help us drive business results. To further develop these feature specialists, ScentAir is seeking for a Computer Science/Engineering intern. The internship is a diverse 3-6 month assignment that will give the selected candidate exposure to all facets of Information Technology including support desk, infrastructure, Applications and security.
- Information Technology Intern will support the entire IT department with organizational initiatives.
- Responding to general support requests
- Configuring new users, assist with equipment setup and replacement
- Phone system updates, Software deployments
- Perform security audits, Data analysis and optimization
- Must be pursuing a degree in an IT related field
- Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; specifically Excel
This Internship opportunity will be with our corporate office in Charlotte, NC. This is nota remote role.
