MHI is seeking a talented and experienced Frontend Web Developer to join our IT department. The ideal candidate will provide technical programming and support for MHI’s public-facing websites, managing all phases of the development life cycle, from gathering requirements to implementation and maintenance. This role collaborates closely with Marketing and IT teams to integrate front-end web applications with backend systems like Salesforce and other third-party platforms.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Design, develop, and maintain web applications.
  • Collaborate with designers and the marketing team to implement visual designs and functionality.
  • Perform administrative tasks for web and database servers, including configuration and backups.
  • Provide support to internal departments, external vendors, and website users.
  • Manage workload independently to meet deadlines.
  • Utilize best practices for website design, security, and integration to ensure a positive user experience.
  • Handle other web development-related responsibilities as needed.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:

  • JavaScript, HTML, CSS – expert proficiency level
  • Bootstrap-5
  • Azure Functions (or similar to Lambda Functions)
  • Ability to self-manage work and development efforts to meet critical deadlines.
  • Solid communication skills – verbal and written (English)

DESIRED SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:

  • ViteJS
  • SQL (or some type of database language experience)
  • Adobe Photoshop.
  • Salesforce and SOQL.
  • Google Analytics.
  • Supabase
  • General API development and integration

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Five to seven years experience in programming, database, and web development
