QA Automation Engineer
As a QA Automation Engineer, you are responsible for writing code and to test the code on new and interesting Securly products, based on the Agile lifecycle model. You have the opportunity to help improve the code quality by performing detailed source code reviews along with checking for the testability of the code. We are looking for someone with very strong analytical, technical, and problem–solving skills
What Will You Do
- Design, build and maintain automation testing framework for white-box, web services and UI
- Work closely with Dev teams for creating test plans and executions
- Communicate effectively with other software engineers
- Work closely with US team to translate QA architecture into automation testing plan
Preferred Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:
- A Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or a scientific or technical discipline
- 3-6 years’ relevant experience as SDET
- Web Automation experience using Selenium with python/java. Robot Framework Experience preferred
- Experience in White-box testing (Static/Dynamic) and has exposure to the testing tools as well.
- Must have good understanding of Web Services. Web Services Automation experience a plus.
- Should have good knowledge of Databases
- Good to Have Experience of Mobile App automation using Appium/Robot Framework
- Good communication & analytical skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present a strong rationale for decisions.
