Job Summary:


We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Corporate Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle within Hylaine, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates. You’ll coordinate with the organization to identify talent needs, conducting interviews, and extending job offers, all while aligning with Hylaine’s hiring strategy and ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Present the Hylaine narrative by comprehending its origins, mission, values, and the motivations that underpin our success and service offerings. Advocate for the Hylaine brand, highlighting the company's culture, values, and mission by effectively articulating the organization’s unique identity to prospective candidates.
  • Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to attract top IT consultants, including leveraging social media, job boards, employee referrals, and networking.
  • Usher candidates through the complete recruitment process, including screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and evaluating candidates for both technical competencies and cultural alignment.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews, acting as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates to adapt to Hylaine’s hiring needs.
  • Coordinate with Hylaine’s Employee Engagement Partners to ensure a seamless candidate handoff and onboarding process.
  • Adhere to expectations on KPIs around the recruitment process as set by the Talent Acquisition Manager.
  • Educate candidates on Hylaine’s comprehensive benefits package designed to support our employees' well-being and career growth, including generous paid time off, flexible work arrangements, robust health insurance options, parental leave, and professional development.
  • Act as a culture ambassador during recruitment processes, ensuring candidates feel connected to the company philosophy and understand the value of joining the organization.
  • Maintain accurate records in Greenhouse (ATS) and generate regular recruitment reports.
  • Provide recommendations based on market trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability.
  • Ensure all recruiting practices comply with company policies and legal regulations.
  • Drive diversity and inclusion initiatives throughout the recruitment process.

Qualifications:


  • A bachelor's degree or higher, obtained from a recognized accredited institution.
  • 1+ years of experience in corporate or agency recruiting.
  • Strong understanding of full-cycle recruiting with the ability to adapt to Hylaine’s process and best practices.
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) or various recruitment tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter).
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical skills to measure recruitment performance and recommend improvements.

Preferred Qualifications:


  • Experience recruiting for a variety of IT and Project management positions.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
