About the Job Opportunity
The Biomedical Product Sales Specialist is responsible for driving market expansion by engaging with key decision-makers across hospitals in clinical engineering, purchasing, and facility departments. This role is predominantly phone-based and requires a proven track record of outstanding sales performance. The Specialist will deliver first-line customer support, addressing product inquiries, managing order-related issues, and providing consultative recommendations.
What You'll Do
Sales and Account Management:
- Drive sales growth within the existing customer base by effectively engaging with high-level decision-makers.
- Utilize phone-based communication to advance sales opportunities, addressing various decision-maker levels.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records, including contact details and relevant information.
- Collaborate with internal resources to resolve customer issues and exploit new business opportunities.
Customer Acquisition and Strategy:
- Strategically navigate hospital and Integrated Delivery Network (IDN) environments to identify and reach decision-makers.
- Implement strategic sales plans as outlined by the Director of Biomedical Sales to achieve acquisition goals.
- Conduct phone-based sales interactions with multiple levels of decision-makers to establish and grow new customer relationships.
Customer Support and Consultative Selling:
- Provide first-line support to customers by addressing inquiries related to product capabilities and order issues.
- Offer consultative recommendations on product and supplier options to support customer objectives and enhance satisfaction.

- Proven track record of exceptional sales performance, preferably in a biomedical or related field.
- Strong proficiency in phone-based sales and customer relationship management.
- Ability to effectively utilize internal resources and collaborate with various departments.
- Experience in navigating complex organizational structures and executing strategic sales initiatives.
- Strong sales acumen with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
- Ability to handle a high volume of customer interactions and provide timely solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
