Internship Program Summary


Are you a 2025 college graduate or rising college senior? AbelsonTaylor Group is looking for 9 Chicago area-based interns to join our 2025 Summer Internship Program, nextgenerATion.  Our internship program offers a rewarding experience that fosters creativity, collaboration, and inclusivity. You’ll collaborate with professionals across all levels, gaining hands-on experience to give you a competitive edge in your career. During the program, you’ll have the chance to engage with teams from various departments.

Additionally, you’ll collaborate with fellow interns on an exciting, summer-long group project! 

Production Intern 


Production interns support producers to help bring creative concepts to life, through planning, coordination and execution.

What You'll Do 


  • Work closely with producers to help manage schedules, liaising with cross functional teams, organizing resources and contributing to problem solving throughout production phases
  • Assist producers throughout all production stages from pre-production (planning and scripting), production (shooting or recording), to post-production (editing, sound design and final delivery) to produce engaging content for audiences
  • Support live-action productions through various tasks such as preparing and organizing equipment and documents, managing schedules, coordinating between departments and helping with administrative duties
  • Gain exposure to the process of developing and enhancing conceptual creative ideas through delivery of a finished campaign asset
  • Shadow producers as they work through complex projects and problem-solve challenging and unique requests
  • Collaborate with your fellow interns on a comprehensive, final project that you can feature in your portfolio

Who You Are 


  • A graduating senior (2025) or an undergraduate junior (graduating 2026)
  • A passionate, independent, and aesthetically aware problem-solver—who knows what works artistically and is not afraid to make it happen
  • Curious about the world around you and about visual composition in particular
  • Experienced or interested in media production across various formats through all stages from pre-production through post.
  • A champion of diversity and an inclusive culture, who uses cultural competence to propel agency and client business forward
  • The ability to work independently and reliably on a hybrid schedule consisting of remote and weekly on-site visits to our Chicago office

Compensation Range:$18.00 to $20.00 per hour.


The starting salary offer will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience.
