Our B2B workforce acquisition platform is used by companies in 30+ industry verticals ranging from rideshare and delivery to health care and event staffing. We support employers that need to develop last mile labor quickly and consistently across the U.S.
We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales Development Representative (SDR) to create new business opportunities by identifying potential clients, conducting targeted outreach, and generating qualified leads through email, phone, and online campaigns.

Preferred Experience:


  • Familiarity with consumer data, background checks, or related industries.
  • Previous experience working with US-based companies is highly desirable.

What You'll Do:


  • Lead Generation & Outreach:
  • Generate a revenue pipeline through outbound prospecting, including cold calls, emails, and online messages using tools like Sales Navigator.
  • Respond promptly to inbound inquiries from prospective customers via phone, email, and web submissions.
  • Prospect Qualification:
  • Gather critical data to qualify prospects and generate sales-qualified leads.
  • Identify new business opportunities and key decision-makers or influencers across various organizational departments.
  • Research & Analysis:
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform outreach strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Data Management & Reporting:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in HubSpot CRM.
  • Track and manage a pipeline of engaged prospects.
  • Performance & Goals:
  • Meet or exceed assigned activity metrics and pipeline creation targets.

What You'll Need:


  • Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
  • 2+ years of B2B sales experience with a focus on lead generation.
  • Proven track record of consistently exceeding metrics and sales targets.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong organizational, project management, and time-management abilities.
  • Proficiency with CRM software (HubSpot preferred).
