Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with month-end close, including preparing recurring and adjusting journal entries for revenues and cost accruals.
- Prepare balance sheet account reconciliations and analyze account changes.
- Prepare schedules to support the issuance of financial statements and reports.
- Review the propriety of project costs that have been capitalized.
- Process fixed assets additions and adjustments.
- Review contracts and prepare revenue schedules.
- Work closely with multiple departments to ensure all transactions are accounted for timely and in accordance with US GAAP.
What We're Looking For:
- Minimum 2-3 years of accounting experience.
- Strong attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
- Goal-oriented with a strong sense of ownership.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and adapt to a fast-changing environment with a sense of urgency.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (e.g., VLOOKUP, PivotTable, Macros).
- Oracle Fusion experience preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
