Envoy Global is searching for an experienced Implementation Project Consultanton a permanent, full time basis, within Envoy's Operations division. This role suits someone who is genuinely interested in partnering with new inbound customers to ensure their end-to-end implementation is a seamless and smooth process. Reporting to the Director, Operations Implementation & Integrations, this role can be Remote (USA) or Hybrid and

will require the successful candidate to: 


  • Kickoff and lead new client’s implementation from initial scoping to full deployment, understanding client’s value drivers, business objectives, and challenges, while ensuring to meet client requirements and create a successful onboarding experience
  • Coordinate with Service Operations, IT, Quality Assurance, and Automation teams as needed, to ensure integration workflows are effective and consistent, and document and data onboarding is completed in a timely and accurate manner
  • Set upclients properly on the Envoy Global Platform, coordinate with Envoy Global teams for proper set-up, and provide client support, training, and overview of processes (i.e. finance, reporting, product)
  • Collaborate with various team members to successfully transition the client from sales to the affiliated legal teams and account management teams for long term success 
  • Monitor status of implementation, develop, track, and maintain project plans, project deliverables, and communicate with both the client and internal teams (legal, account management, sales) on the status of implementation, project milestones, and progress
  • Assist client with resolving issues and questions related to onboarding, including troubleshooting and training 
  • Gather and analyze client feedback, projects, and documentation to minimize client impact and improve future implementations
  • Perform other projects or administrative duties as needed

To apply for this role, you should possess the following skills, experience and qualifications: 


  • Bachelor’s Degree required, preferably in Business Administration, Information Technology or related field, or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree
  • 3-6 years of experience in client services, account management, enterprise-level software implementations, client onboarding, technical project management, preferably in a software/technology company
  • 3+ years of aclient facing role
  • Intermediate level proficiency with MS Office Suite and Adobe
  • Project management and/or software/programimplementation experience highly preferred
  • Experience within the immigration and global mobility industry a plus
  • Certifications in one or more of the following are a plus:
  • Associate in Project Management (CAPM), Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Project Management (Cpm)
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and can easilyadapt to changes in project scope and deliverables
  • Ability to lead conference calls and communicate effectively with excellent written, verbal, and listening skills
  • Comfortable discussing technical topics with all audiences
  • Able to inform, educate, influence, and persuade clients at various levels

Salary Range- $66,000-$90,000
