SpotMe/Onomi exists to make pharma and event engagement work better. We give life sciences teams one solution to run their in-person and virtual engagements while capturing every interaction in their CRM. By making events easier to manage and measure, we help pharma create better experiences for healthcare professionals, at a lower cost. Our solution turns complex congress engagements, webinars, standalone meetings, advisory boards, and field-led meetings into meaningful connections that drive results for commercial and medical teams.This position is the ideal role for individuals with a passion for operational excellence and mobile technology.

You will manage the end-to-end deployment of branded mobile apps for global enterprise customers, ensuring seamless app stores publishing, maintaining branding consistency, and driving process improvements. By delivering high-quality, customer-centric solutions, you will play a critical role in shaping the success of SpotMe’s event engagement platform and its long-term customer relationships. As the Release Manager for Mobile, you will be reporting to the Operations Lead, and you will:
- Drive the deployment of customer apps to the app stores, ensure full compliance with platform-specific requirements, and meet all quality, and branding standards. (30%)
- Optimize app branding and design features to align with evolving customer needs and expectations including consulting with at least 2 customers per month ensuring solutions meet their goals, and internally providing clear, actionable feedback to the design team. (30%)
- Maintain a centralized repository of documentation, assets, and references to improve app publishing efficiency by ensuring data input consistency. (30%)
- Regularly review, and proactively identify opportunities in the publishing performance metrics, identifying trends, and implementing best practices. (10%)
Objectives – The Problems You Will Solve:
In your first month, you will get onboarded, get familiar with all the tools and documentation we have for the role, and get introduced to the team:
- Learn the Backstage basics and familiarize yourself with the platform, tools and documentation.
- Get familiar with the Jenkins build machines as well as the Fastlane scripts used to deliver the apps to the stores.
- You will start a hands-on approach with the daily tasks (responding to client emails, building and distributing apps, maintaining the App Database).
- Participate in client onboarding calls to better prepare the clients for publishing their apps and familiarizing them with the requirements.
- Participate in training sessions with your Team Lead focused on understanding the processes of the position and company.
After 3 months, you will have successfully coordinated and published multiple white-label apps to app stores, meeting customer branding and compliance requirements. You will also have established a solid understanding of SpotMe’s app publishing process, tools, and guidelines. Additionally, you will have built strong relationships with internal teams, including design and engineering, to ensure smooth collaboration on app design and deployment.After 12 months, you will become a trusted expert in SpotMe’s app publishing process, delivering high-quality apps with consistent on-time deployment and 100% compliance with app store requirements.
You will be independently building the mobile apps, leading the client onboarding calls and managing communication with the client.
